4 thick slices of cod 800 g of potatoes 3 medium onions 10 cloves of garlic 2,5 dl of olive oil 1 sheaf of spring greens paprika, oil and water INSTRUCTIONS
1. After steep the cod slices, dry them well with a kitchen cloth. Powder them with paprika and fry the slices, with medium flame. Brown the slices, take them out and trickle on absorbent paper. |
